Ramesh Nair
Bio
Ramesh is the MD & CEO of Mindspace Business Parks REIT, an entity under the K Raheja Corp group.
Earlier, Ramesh spent over two decades at JLL, where he became the first non-expatriate, non-shareholding CEO and Country Head of JLL India, a Fortune 200 company. As CEO, he led a team of over 12,000 professionals and played a key role in maintaining JLL India’s leadership position across revenue, profitability, and workforce strength. He also served on JLL’s Asia Pacific Executive Board.
Beyond corporate leadership, Ramesh has held several industry and advisory roles, including Non-Executive Director on the RICS Global Regulatory Board, Chairman of the CII Real Estate and Infrastructure Conclave, and Advisory Council Member to the Government of Telangana.
He currently serves on the India boards of CoreNet Global and the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) and is Co-Chair of the CII India Real Estate Task Force
