Aakanksha has been practice law for more than 18 years.
Her practice mainly focuses on infrastructure projects and energy and their development. She is engaged in transactions relating to the construction, development and operation of infrastructure and energy projects. She covers wide sectors ranging from roads, ports, airports, data centres, renewable energy and water. She also regularly advises both owners and operators of hotels and branded residences on their management and franchising arrangements.
She has also been engaged in mergers, acquisitions and investments primarily in the infrastructure, energy and hospitality sectors.
Her clients range from leading energy companies, construction contractors, infrastructure asset developers and hospitality owners and operators.
